Perfect replacement, shipped fast Product was easy to install, functions perfectly. Pool Supply World shipped fast and item arrived sooner than expected. My one recommendation for the doit yourself installer is to have some flag connectors ( right angle spade connectors) on hand, as the distance between the lugs and the cover plate is too tight for a straight connector.

Up and running After doing some research and making a few phone calls, I bought this pump because I was confident it would be a good replacement for the 6 year old Century Pool & Spa Booster pump (essentially an AO Smith product) running my Polaris 280. Pump arrived on time and installed a day later. Old pump was hard-plumbed in with PVC piping so it was just a matter of replacing a few couplers to connect the new pump to the existing line and swapping out the electric. Good pump, very good price. This company gives by far the best price and service for this pump. The entire pump is available for about the same cost as just the motor from many other sites. Shipping is from the west coast, so takes several days to get to Florida. To address the quick connect problems noted in earlier reviews, I gave up after many years of leaks and did all the plumbing with PVC. Takes a few minutes longer, but well worth effort.
