It Works, But........ This was a replacement for a 12 year old original booster pump. The replacement pump was the same model number as the original. The replacement pump motor visually seems the same as the original. The pump that was attached to the replacement motor is different than the original. Works as described; no issues. Installed easily and works as described so far. Hopefully it will last a long time.
Works Well so Far My booster pump went out during the freeze and you cannot find parts for it. I replaced it with this new one (same pump I had before), and it works fine
Excellent durability and service life My pool is more than 50 years old and has a Polaris automatic pool cleaner system for about 40 of those years. The original Arnesson PoolSweep was problematic and didn't do a very good job because it had no debris collector. I had to replace the Polaris Booster Pump twice in 40 years of daily service (1-2 hours per day) and consider that a more than reasonable length of service and durability.
