About this business
No issues with our Polaris. It does its job. Always keeps the pool clean. We leave it in the pool at all times unless we're having a party. Been rock solid so far.
Fairly easy set up and fine tuning not to difficult. I like the colors of the blue, black and Grey. So far it has done a good job cleaning the bottom portion of the pool, though it's randomness is strange and my wife says it reminds her of a stingray. I have to say it was a great gift for my birthday as far as a time saver. In all, good purchase for a mid range model. Hope it lasts and the refund doesn't take 4 months...

I've only had it for two weeks but so far so good. This replaced a very reliable 380 model that I had for several years. I hope the parts last and are reasonable to replace when needed.

My new Polaris replaces one we have had for at least 20 years so we had no reservations in purchasing another Polaris. Unfortunately we had problems with it not working from the beginning. The company we purchased it from came out and found that the float on the back of the Polaris body was filled with water, which they said should not be. Just waiting for a replacment float and hope this solves our problem.

Pensacola Pools where I bought my Polaris TR35P Pressure cleaner, I found the Pensacola Pools representative well versed and knowledgeable about the Pressure Cleaner and very helpful to all my questions and final decision to buy it. I think it works great! I'm just waiting patiently for my rebate!
