I purchased 06/22/2024 and submit for $100.00 rebate online since o6/23/2024 i have not received no rebate and not heard from polaris. on the top after few weeks cleaner just laydown sideway and stay side way long time and get hose tangle all the time. not very happy with this cleaner over all.

The new model is not made as well as my original (approx 25 years old). It moves slower as well. The connector that twists into the pool wall opening had a crack right out of the box. The hose is weak, lacks stiffness, and twists into a pretzel twist easily, even with the swivels. Overall I am very disappointed in the quality, especially considering what I paid for it. It won’t last long. Go back to better quality.

I sent it all ready - It's the first Polaris after 20 years using them that I am not happy with - brand new out of a damaged box - Two times Pinch a Penny came out to replace parts still the wheels lock up and it just sits there with the tail waging - I think I should get my $ 800 back or this should be replaced with a unit that works - I think they sold me something they had on the shelf to get rid of it. The connector piece to the pool arrived broken. It was replaced 3 weeks ago and it is now broken again. The decrease in pressure prevents the Polaris from working properly.

First of all the authorized dealers in my area are horrendous and have no idea what they’re doing regarding Polaris. My new Polaris goes to the same location in my pool and just stays there. Even though the reversing valve is working it just stays there. Very disappointing especially for that amount of money. Back to the dealers they need MORE training.

This Polaris sweeper is cheaply made. It is brand new and the float has already had to be replaced and the part that plugs into the pool wall cracked so we had to replace it too. I would not suggest anybody purchase this model.

Miserable experience. Bought first of March, I nearly April it began sitting in corners, rear up high, wheels not turning. Call to Polaris got message “34 minute wait time—-a representative will return your call.” Never heard from anyone. Trying to work with contractor, distributor, and Polaris. Everyone passes the buck—I paid a lot of $ for a poorly designed poorly constructed plastic disappointment. I have owned Polaris pool cleaners for 25+ years that performed great— this is a bad surprise.
