Purchased the Polaris from Watercrafters in Gaithersburg MD. They represent Polaris to the highest level. great to work with.
Excellent vacuum. Easy hook up, scans our entire pool in less than an hour. Love how it climbs the walls and stairs. Sleek colors and design. Highly recommend.
Bought it as a replacement for my 380 which lasted 12 years with one rebuild with 365 day a year use.Plastic body is thinner. The lack of buoyancy in the hose floats caused the unit to “wheelie” or lay on its side as the reverse jet weighed the hose down. Luckily I was able to use the hose floats from my prior 380 to alleviate the buoyancy problem for the reverse jet. Now the unit works as it’s supposed to.
It works well so far. It is smaller than the Vac-Sweep 280 that we had previously. I notice the clips for the bag are smaller than the 280. That may be an issue in the future.
Great cleaner…works great and easy to install
Exceeded my expectations. Had not used a pool cleaner in many years and this one works great.
It is great except it gets hung up on my steps and stays there for about five minutes until it gets free again.
Installed this cleaner recently and did a phenomenal job in the very first week The pool looked cleaner and nicer right away Will recommend this product highly based on this short term experience
So far, the Polaris TR35P had been great. It works extremely well & is very efficient. Lightweight & easy to use. The only thing I would recommend, moving forward, would be to include a handle on top of the unit. Aside from that, it's been a pleasure to own & operate. I run mine 2-3 hours/every other day or when needed & frees me up for other, more important things each day. We haven't noticed a very large increase in our electricity bill, either.
