It is great except it gets hung up on my steps and stays there for about five minutes until it gets free again.

The cleaner may occasionally get stuck on steps or objects in your pool but is designed to be lifted out of areas it may be stuck every three minutes by the Back-up Valve. If the cleaner remains stuck for longer than three minutes, verify the following: 1) Proper wheel RPMs. 2) The Back-up Valve is cycling every three minutes. 3) Adjust the Thrust Jet to divert cleaner direction. Installed this cleaner recently and did a phenomenal job in the very first week The pool looked cleaner and nicer right away Will recommend this product highly based on this short term experience
So far, the Polaris TR35P had been great. It works extremely well & is very efficient. Lightweight & easy to use. The only thing I would recommend, moving forward, would be to include a handle on top of the unit. Aside from that, it's been a pleasure to own & operate. I run mine 2-3 hours/every other day or when needed & frees me up for other, more important things each day. We haven't noticed a very large increase in our electricity bill, either.
works well for our pool however I wish it had something that would brush the bottom of the pool to help loosen the slippery slimy feeling.
Not too happy with it. The wheel is making a loud clicking noise and won't move the cleaner (less than a year old). Thankfully Polaris has been great with it's customer service. The issue I have now is that it is nearly impossible to remove the unit from the wall without unscrewing the wall adapter. I've had multiple people try to remove it (thought it was me) and they were not able to remove it as well. Would love to have Polaris send me a new universal wall fitting since I feel its faulty.

Replaced our old 380 with the TR-35. Seems to di a better job of cleaning the bottom of the pool.
