Excellent vacuum. Easy hook up, scans our entire pool in less than an hour. Love how it climbs the walls and stairs. Sleek colors and design. Highly recommend.

Bought it as a replacement for my 380 which lasted 12 years with one rebuild with 365 day a year use.Plastic body is thinner. The lack of buoyancy in the hose floats caused the unit to “wheelie” or lay on its side as the reverse jet weighed the hose down. Luckily I was able to use the hose floats from my prior 380 to alleviate the buoyancy problem for the reverse jet. Now the unit works as it’s supposed to.

It works well so far. It is smaller than the Vac-Sweep 280 that we had previously. I notice the clips for the bag are smaller than the 280. That may be an issue in the future.

It is great except it gets hung up on my steps and stays there for about five minutes until it gets free again.

The cleaner may occasionally get stuck on steps or objects in your pool but is designed to be lifted out of areas it may be stuck every three minutes by the Back-up Valve. If the cleaner remains stuck for longer than three minutes, verify the following: 1) Proper wheel RPMs. 2) The Back-up Valve is cycling every three minutes. 3) Adjust the Thrust Jet to divert cleaner direction.
