First of all, I absolutely love our VRX iQ+ pool cleaner. I've had a few of the Dolphins and the VRX is in another league when it comes to cleaning the pool and maintenance. The chord doesn't tangle, you can program the cleaner for multiple modes via your phone, and I do not miss having to clean those cloth bags. Also, I sent in the form for registration and rebate not knowing you had a limited number of days to get the rebate, well I just received my $100 gift!! I would highly recommend the VRX and Polaris!

Great cleaner and is very simple to use. Would love it even more if it could get on the shelf, but I am thinking it must have been to shallow of a shelf for it to get up on. Keeps the pool clean and is easy to clean out and store.

Thank you for your review, David! Robotic cleaners have a hard time with stairs and shelves, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. Regular pool maintenance requires consistent brushing of steps, shelves, etc. Once the debris is dislodged from those areas, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. Happy with the polaris VRXIQ. It does very good job of cleaning my pool of any floor debris. I have had it for about one year and have not experienced any mechanical issues .
