We named our Polaris VRX iQ+ Jason, after the robot that located the titanic. Jason is freaking amazing! He swims around as if he was alive. His physique is similar to my male English Bulldog and he gets around so easily in my pool (and spa). I’m one of those people who’s hobby is to critique /review most everything. I’ve only used it a couple of times but, so far, I think you’ve nailed it. I was concerned about not having a strong wifi signal around our pool but turned out it was a needless concern. The unit connects and works perfectly. My only real nit is, considering the price of this unit, you should include the ultra fine filter. The one that comes with it lets too much dirt escape.

With the exception of having to reconnect using blue tooth every time I power unit off (for storage and then later power back on for another session) the robot performed as advertised. Love the big filter basket and ease of use. Lift system works very well too.

I previously had the Polaris 365iQ model for 5 years. The drive for the left wheels stopped working. The repair would be about $500. So, I bought the VRXiQ+ model that had a rebate offer and in stock at my pool store. The operation is very similar to my older model. It cleans my large pool (36 x 20') quite nicely in 2.5 hours. Saves me a lot of brushing and vacuuming time!

This is one of the best things I have bought for my pool so far. Talk about a workhorse. I look at my pool and think it is clean until I put my VRX iQ+ in it. when I pull it out I am like where does it find all this stuff. It was easy to put together/setup took me all of 10 minutes and it was in the pool working. I love using the app for it as well, let me tell you!!! The robot works great and has definitely been a significant improvement in our pool cleanliness. Floor and wall cleaning is outstanding. We have two stairs from the deep end to the shallow, the robot does struggle to make it over the second stair most of the time, however, overall excellent robot.
