I have taken my cat here several times for the cheap vaccination days, which they always do fine with so its getting 2 stars instead of one. Nevertheless, I'm never going back after this last time. I took my young, healthy nearly 3 year old cat in for a routine FELV booster shot which they're supposed to get once a year. They told me he needed an exam since its been a year so I agreed to have them do that. The vet strongly encouraged I put this stuff on him called Profedra. Comments : These people misdiagnosed my beloved junior with a herniated disk. I took him in four times. I saw three different vets.The last guy said the breathing problem was caused the medication. I was unsure if he had even looked at the file. My dog just got worse.The last time I took him my dog died in the parkinglot. I don't even know why. I started at Companion in another city. I had a good experience and moved my animals to this clinic when moving to P-Town. After many good experiences I found out about all the "bad stuff" but MY experience had been good so I continued to go there. That stops today. Companions prices have continually gone up over the years and their quality of service has gone down. DO NOT RISK TAKING YOUR PRECIOUS ANIMALS HERE! It is just not worth it. This is the WORST CPC I have ever been too. I cannot speak for all CPC's, I can only share my traumatic experience with this clinic and with Dr. Peetz. Please do not learn the hard way like I had to. I found too many uninformed staff, receptionists who were rude and/or would ignore you, seemingly uneducated vet techs AND vets who cannot answer questions or convey important information. Wow talk about horrible service. A place that claims to care as much for your pet as you--and the Dr. didn't want to deal with my anxious dog. We used to go there when it was Bridge city. Thought we'd give them a shot, since they have all our old info. Won't go back. Treated the dogs and us like we were not welcome. The Dr. kept referring to our dog as "that". The staff was great, the Dr. not so. Treated my girlfriend and I as though we had the plague. Definitely not queer friendly
