I started at Companion in another city. I had a good experience and moved my animals to this clinic when moving to P-Town. After many good experiences I found out about all the "bad stuff" but MY experience had been good so I continued to go there. That stops today. Companions prices have continually gone up over the years and their quality of service has gone down. DO NOT RISK TAKING YOUR PRECIOUS ANIMALS HERE! It is just not worth it. This is the WORST CPC I have ever been too. I cannot speak for all CPC's, I can only share my traumatic experience with this clinic and with Dr. Peetz. Please do not learn the hard way like I had to. I found too many uninformed staff, receptionists who were rude and/or would ignore you, seemingly uneducated vet techs AND vets who cannot answer questions or convey important information. Wow talk about horrible service. A place that claims to care as much for your pet as you--and the Dr. didn't want to deal with my anxious dog. We used to go there when it was Bridge city. Thought we'd give them a shot, since they have all our old info. Won't go back. Treated the dogs and us like we were not welcome. The Dr. kept referring to our dog as "that". The staff was great, the Dr. not so. Treated my girlfriend and I as though we had the plague. Definitely not queer friendly
