Worst experience ever. The doctor is terrible there. An old man doctor there who is very unkind and insensitive . Diagnosed my dog without test or x-rays, placing fear into owners. Brought my dog in, doctor spent very little time communicating with me. Then said that my dog had cancer. Went for a second opinion, a nice man then reassured me after X-rays that my dog did not have cancer. Will never bring my dog there again.

Dr. Smith is awesome. The desk staff is the worst! Not helpful and judgmental, every call to them is a frustration.

Not one person at this clinic was compassionate. In fact, they were all flat out rude. Reception, Techs, and the veterinarians. If you hate your job and have no joy from animals you need a new occupation. The reason I went to companion is because I was told they were affordable. $400 for an ear infection and a skin allergy is far from it. Don't subject yourself or your pets to these inhumane employees. You won't pay any less and you'll leave feel unsatisfied, unknowledgable on how to help your pet, and ripped off. I adopted ... read more

We brought our new puppy here hoping to establish with a good vet and get some basic shots and such done. Most of the clinic staff were very friendly (especially our vet tech), the space was clean and the waiting area was very large with a kids corner which I liked a lot. The care is affordable and I never felt pressured into spending money or medications or treatments - I was just given an honest opinion and recommendations and basic information on what they advised. However, in general the clinic felt extremely imperson... read more

Do no take your animals here. They used to have the best doctor there but now they just don't care. I took my dogs in July and my older lab had ear issues. They did not clean her ears well and charged me almost $600 for two dogs examinations and Harleys ears. I just called because she now has an infection. Dr.Peets says I was supposed to bring her back in 3 days. I was not told that I needed to bring her back. This facility is all about the money and could care less about your pets. I am going to file a complaint and... read more

If I could give it zero stars it would be a more accurate reflection of their service. I have had numerous surgeries, unexpectedly over the last year. This made it near impossible to afford vet care when I brought my dog in. I still sacrificed my car and insurance payment to get my dog to the vet. How did the vet treat me? Like crap. I spent every dollar I had to do what I could and instead of treating someone with dignity and respect the veterinarian was judgmental, rude, and didn't even try to help with what funds were a... read more

What an awful experience! I brought my dog in after making an appointment. The clinic was not busy, yet I waited for over 40 minutes in a room with a sick dog and no idea when we'd be seen. The vet tech was the sweetest person there. Unfortunately her kindness and compassion was erased by the awful vet. He barged in, immediately started maneuvering my nervous and in pain dog without trying to calm him and did not answer or respond to my questions. After less than three minutes of prodding, he said my dog had a Grade 3 hear... read more

Office staff rude. Need lessons in phone etiquette. I will be seaking care elsewhere. Simply due to this.

I took my dog in for a hot spot caused by a one flea bite and allergic to it (he had no flea infestation) and he came out with a scrap wound and $ 220 + 89 6mo flea med + intense suffering for 7 hours. I asked a front desk person to call in one RX to a local pharmacy because it is cheaper there and she said for the 1st RX, they can't do that, which is a lie since I work at a pharmacy. Then they gave my dog a RX for Simpliceph, a strong antibiotic which is expensive (there are cheaper versions available, which i have a left... read more
