I messed up where realizing where this place was located (my bad), and had I not made this mistake, I wouldn't have booked here (due to not being anywhere near where I live). Never been much of a review reader, but that's sure changed. Terrible service all around. I have a new rescue and had a short list for the doctor. I thought we were halfway through when she up and left, she sure didn't say goodbye, but I guess she also didn't say she'd be right back right either. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do not bring your animals here. It's insanely overpriced, and they don't treat your animal well. I switched my elderly cats food too quickly, and she stopped eating for several days and had digestive issues. She didn't have an appointment, but they asked me to bring her in right away and they would squeeze her in. She was put in a cage for four hours until the vet could seen her, and was so distressed by the time they saw her they gave her an injectable sedative, on top of other medications and ... read more
so you want to hear what a bad vet is like? someone who compromises their ethical standards of care for the company standard of making money? The doctor made an assessment and not a diagnosis due to the fact that the rule out of Stomatitis should be made by an animal dentist. We have transferred all of your records to Banfield and hope your pets receive your standards of care.
This place plays so many games I been asking to speak to a manager for two days now. they refuse to let me by leaving me on hold yesterday I was out on hold for thirty minutes then the call dropped. then when I called back they wouldn't answer for me called from another number they answered and said no manger is there. told me call today so I did and they said there is no manager again I suppose when they are in the wrong this is what they do looks like I'm not the first and won't be the last bad review

VERY expensive. I adopted a kitten and called this place quickly without doing sufficient research - and now I wish I had shopped around more. They are charging $90 for a fecal test whereas other vets charge between $30-45. Each visit has been much more expensive than I expected. Our kitten threw up two nights in a row and we took him in to the vet because we were concerned he had thrown up blood. Our cat has been favoring one of his legs and we suspected he'd broken it, so we accidentally brought him to these clowns. We paid hundreds of dollars to have his leg x-rayed. They told us we would get the results within 48 hours. It is over a week later and they are not responding to our calls. Does our cat have a broken foot?? WE STILL DON'T KNOW. Their negligence is totally immoral, unprofessional and inexcusable. We will warn everyone away from this place forever.
On 7-14-2020 I arrived at my appointment for my new kitten. I called the phone number to let them know that I was there. When speaking to the Receptionist over the phone she could not find my appointment. I had told her that I scheduled it on the website over 2 weeks ago. I also told her that I work a ton of hrs and don't have a lot time to go to appointments. She put me on hold to find out what happened.
