Waited to inspect it fully until they got some of the parts just to find more damage which meant waiting for more insurance approval and waiting on more parts. 0 Star : My Experience I know you were busy but had it been completed last Friday I would have saved gas and the rental car cost for the weekend. I was led to believe it was waiting to be detailed. When I picked it up at the very end of the day on Monday( it almost wasn’t ready then), there was no evidence of vacuuming or anything other than a hurried wash job. 0 Star : My Experience Constant delays, poor communication and poor finish on a 3 week old Jeep Grand Cherokee. Deep clear coat swirls on existing side panel, clear coat bubbles and overall poor finish. Will not be using again for body work.

I have no idea why I was scheduled for the 12th, told there was a paint delay on the 19th, and didn’t get my car back until today. Why wasn’t I scheduled when you had the paint?!? There was also a misunderstanding about the rental car. I know my insurance didn’t cover it, but was told I’d have to pay $20 a day for rental. It was $34 a day.
