Alexandria put me at ease right away. She listened well and understood my question and how important it is to me to have my primary beneficiary and my successor beneficiaries set up properly. She was engaged, personable and professional. She was knowledgeable and took time to speak directly to the Investment Department to confirm answers when necessary. Please thank her personally for me.
