Water Flow issue A pressure control valve and expansion tank were installed the day before and we noticed slow water pressure on cold water but not the hot. Keith knew exactly what to do to correct the problem and did so at no additional charge. this was an issue that should have been corrected by the original contractor hired to install our Navian water heater.

Navian Water Heater Pressure Valve Matt determined that the reason the water pressure valve was intermittently activated was due to the need to reduce water pressure coming into the home. He corrected the problem by installing a Thermal Expansion tank and Pressure reducing valve. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He left the area spotless after completing the work.

Water Heater Issue Brandin was prompt and knowledgeable. He wasn't able to resolve my issue, but he clearly explained what the problem was, why it wasn't in my best interest to have Pride solve this issue (unsupported brand and higher cost/difficulty of sourcing parts), and offered recommended paths forward (even if it meant calling another plumber).

Great experience with Daniel We had a badly backed up utility sink in our basement and Daniel from Pride Plumbing quickly fixed it! He was also very helpful in explaining a few other plumbing related things he had noticed and talking to me about options to fix or replace the things he had noticed. We will definitely call Pride Plumbing and Daniel again!

Service Call by Kory Kory arrived on time & assessed the problem accurately. He worked on the drain until it was cleared, which was difficult, but he stuck with it and the issue was successfully resolved. Have used Pride Plumbing for 5 years and they are always professional & reliable.
