Leaky Faucet! KEITH has done repairs in our home on several occasions now. He has always provided the utmost professional, quality service. He always provides options, answers questions, gives professional recommendations, and completes work as promised in a timely, efficient manner. Really Amazing Experience We thought we needed some minor improvements to our main drain pipe and had a slow leak from a hose bib. Upon calling yesterday, Josh informed us that we would be put on a waitlist and there was no way of knowing how long that would last. Fast forward one day, Josh calls back to say that they are available! Nick A. Came out within an hour and listened to the concerns we had. Needed a new garbage disposal James came out and assessed our problem. He was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to us and talked through our options. He was incredibly professional and definitely made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Because of his excellent service, we would absolutely refer our friends and family to Pride Plumbing.

Great service, friendly and professional I had a major plumbing issue that I was unaware of because my house is on a concrete slab and the plumbing is in the slab. After having Pride come out for a clogged drain a few months earlier it was suspected that I had a major issue. Sam V and Jamiee F came out to investigate and had to dig up my floor in the laundry/utility room to access the drain lines. Great service Brandin and Kory were professional and took great care with the work they did. Brandin clearly explained the work that needed to be done and was very accommodating when it came to scheduling the job. They didnt waste any time getting started, and they cleaned everything when they were finished. There is another job that I need to schedule, and I look forward to working with them again.
