Great job Nick Yesterday Nick A replaced 2 toilets in my house. He explained everything and worked with your warehouse and manager so I would have 2 of the same brand & model. First when the toilets were delivered - 1 was Bone and 1 was white. After a lot of calls and I'm very happy with the solution. I really appreciated Nick taking the time to explain the differences in models. Nick said to wait 24 hours for the caulking to be dry - so I haven't been able to test out my new toilets yet.
