Matt came to fix my kitchen sink, water going down very slowly. Matt had come to my house to check on the kitchen sink. He was very thorough in checking to see why the water was going down slowly. He was very meticulous and professional. He explained as he was going along. He fixed the problem! Matt is an excellent employee and is very dedicated to his work! I enjoy him coming to my house to fix any problems. I appreciate his dedication and taking the time to explain to me what is happening. Thank you Matt!!

Excellent Customer Service I just had a new gas line installed and realized after the fact that the connection was preventing my stove to be pushed back all the way. I called Pride to come and take a look to see what they could do and a day later Steve Clark was out to see what the situation was. He kindly explained my options and what would need to be done.
