No security, No enforcing covid-19 rules When the when the facility was owned by Shetland it was good. Now that prime has taken over, pricing went up 30% immediately. For 8 weeks last Summer the security doors were broken and never addressed and never fixed after I made multiple phone calls. If we weren't in the middle of a pandemic I would be moving out of the facility. The cameras for security are not visible on site only off-site.
I question how their business practices are even legal in MA Possibly the worst single product/service I use. Customer service is atrocious.
