Very happy with prime storage I worked with a wonderful rep and got an excellent deal on a storage unit, super convenient and perfectly sized for my needs. The price I pay here was half of what I could get at a competing company, my items stay safe and dry, they have excellent customer service, and I can come and go as I please. The storage building itself can seem is a bit eerie if you are alone (with long empty hallways and lights turning on as you go from area to area) so just be aware of that. I was disappointed that they doubled the rate in one year. I said it above I was disappointed with the rate increase last year.
Prices too high. Went up drasticly Our storage container was adequately priced with the old company. When you took over the price went up over 50 more a month.
No Problems so far. Never had any problems with storage or customer service.
Have recommended to 2 others who have rented space there Nice friendly people who come thru when asked Good friendly people that come thru when asked
I Trust Prime Storage! When I entered the building to see my unit, I was amazed at how clean the entire building and my unit are. There are always plenty of pull carts. The staff I dealt with were totally professional. My former facility was double the cost and not 1/10th as clean. I totally trust Prime Storage with my belongings and am so glad I made the move!
Over all your good Storage Company but your price is way too high Everything is basically good except your pricing your pricing is ridiculously high
