Reserving online was easy. The day I was moving in I went and paid for my storage. Went home and packed up our cars with my stuff. Then when we got there the flood gates were down and could not get into my unit. There was a storm coming during the night and expected flood. I appreciate that they have flood gates. But didn't appreciate that I wasn't informed by either the employee or the company about the flood gates. Passable Ok. Not happy with the significant price increase and no appearance of any changes.
Price increases are ridiculous! Would not recommend with the price increases itâs ridiculous. This place was wonderful when it was Shetland and Uhaul. Itâs mostly clean and well kept. The staff are helpful and nice.
Worst experience I could ever have Just another corporation wanting to make easy money out of otherâs needs. Good luck
VERY UNHAPPY I HAVE BEEN IN THAT STORAGE BUILDING FOR YEARS. SINCE THE BEGINNIG OF THE PREVIOUS OWNER.
Very poor business practices. Very fustrating company to deal with. It was so much better with the former Shetland Properties.
Poor customers relations. Increased my rent as soon as they took over from Shetland Storage by about 30%. Increase bill suddenly again in March , 2021, gave no leeway for an incorrect payment as I have my payments sent automatically My bank so that I donât miss any payments, was not aware of the increase. They ended up charging me a total of $70 extra which I think, included charge for insurance. They have a letter from my insurance company from last year saying I have homeowners insurance I feel very difficult to deal wit... read more
Poor customer service Instead of attempting to accommodate customers during this world wide pandemic, as are so many other businesses, you are raising prices. Thatâs the nicest thing I can say.
Way too overpriced Loved the facility when it was Shetland storage. Iâm never one to leave bad reviews and I hate to leave a bad one but i probably would have had better things to say and would have stayed if my monthly payment didnât almost double in a little over a year.
