Lowest rating for Customer Service Good afternoon, I will begin by saying that my storage unit has in fact been well temperature controlled as well as a safe environment thus far for my belongings. Credit where credit is due. My low rating is mostly due to poor customer service. Public area is a relatively clean space but, has a distinct musty odor. When Prime Storage began management in 5/19, my monthly bill was $74.00, it now $108.00, a substantial increase. Hope is levels out soon!

I would recommend with reservations The facility seems to be much less personal since prime has taken over. The website for payment is also really unpredictable. This month I was unable to even login and the design always seems to be changing. I had to make a mobile payment as I couldnât access my unit invoice online and pay. I also checked on my unit size and the price that is being offered to new customers and I am paying more than that. Read below I think that it was absolutely terrible that during the pandemic when people were struggling that Prime took a price increase. No one that I do business with has taken a price increase. Only Prime.

difficult to get receipts for payments I have been trying for months to get emailed receipt for my auto pay charges and I can never get them, I have to email each month to request and each month I ask again to have them sent automatically.
No happy I have to pay for insurance I am trapped here and have to pay for that insurance your making me pay for but do not think itâs fair I should be able to sign something to waver so your not responsible for anything in my unit and I should not have to pay extra for insurance when I got this unit I did not have to pay for insurance
