Some things don't change When I first signed up for the storage it belong to somebody else it was bought out ever since then I have received a email telling me that I have not paid and it is a friendly reminder that I need to do so that's all well and good but I auto pay them automatically taken out of my bank account I did this for just such a reason as to not have any hassles and heartaches I have spoken to them numerous times and they say it's an robo call and there's nothing they can do that's bullshit if you can add nam... read more
Arguably over priced Clean, dry, good lighting and access. Over priced for the area, especially for 10+ year tenants.
Clean and bright but rental costs can increase. 1. Clean and bright are good qualities. Significant price jump for monthly rent is not good at all (after you took over the facility). 2. Added insurance premium should be an option. After showing that our homeowner's insurance covers the rental unit you stopped charging that fee for a few months and then started charging it again. Those 2 issues give the impression that your first priority is to maximize revenue from your customers .

Expensive The late fee alone is rediculous. I have been 3 days late and each time get charged an extra $30. I will be moving to a different storage space very soon.
Have recommended to 2 others who have rented space there The People that work in Salem make the facility what it is Friendly & always there when needed
Clean, good local people, but unforgiving during the pandemic I've been pretty vocal and have written to the management about this. The pricing is good comparably, the place is clean, and the customer service - who ultimately don't seem to have a say or an influence - are great. However, there's a pandemic and this facility is the only provider (I'm not really sure what to call them) that hasn't considered that the pandemic may have affected their customer's ability to pay. Great Experience The staff at the Salem Massachusetts location has been incredible with regards to customer service and responsive to any needs. I in fact had somebody join when I did because of my experience there
