Not what it used to be I am pestered with emails and calls every month to pay my rent. When I am called and then push a number to speak to someone I am asked to answer questions to "protect my identity". THEY CALLED ME! The prices and late fees are outrageous, especially compared to the prices before Prime bought the facility. They were immediately raised 40% and complaints to the Prime office in Saratoga, NY, go unanswered. Clean, but pricey My monthly price jumped almost 40 bucks when prime bought it not happy about it
Meh.. Prices went up 60% when prime came in. Charge way too much for late fees especially now during the pandemic. Gives you ONE month to catch up or they cut your lock and threaten to auction off your stuff. Staff can only do so much and are usually very friendly
Not a good value Homeless housing. Yes they do Live down there. Price gouging. $60/mo more than it used to cost. No value add.
Too much administrative paperwork and demands!!! Unacceptable!!! Repetitive requests for lease signing and other administrative demands... unacceptable for simple storage service!!!

Not friendly Staff could care less about the renters, only thing they care about is getting monthly payment. Always getting the run around.
