1 star is the lowest I can put so I'll do it just to get it out there, I'd give less if I could. Rented with the company for like 4 months, which was the worst 4 months of my life. Property looked nice upon move in but was super-garbage hidden under fresh paint. As things break (door handles falling off, window fixtures falling down, broken sprinkler heads, weeds and shrub trimming, etc..) and you will write service requests, they won't get fixed and you'll be charged outrageously for them when you try to move out. Zero Stars Terrible experience. Not even in our rental home for one month and we are dealing with unethical practices and inexperienced representatives. I do NOT recommend this company at all under any circumstances! Make sure NOT to trust or take their word.
