DO NOT RENT FROM PROGRESS EVER I have been a resident since Sept of 2020. When signing my lease I was informed that the water must be in an account in the landlords name and will be billed to me along with my rent. On Dec 10th at approximately 4pm my water was shut off. After calling progress 5 times I was provided the following responses - customer service told me I had to speak to billing I was transferred to billing but no on answered -I called customer service again was told billing was in a meeting - billing had a m... read more

The worst company to deal with. They literally stole my property from the house and then insist I pay a break the lease fee. Predatory tactics for sure. Watch out.

Hello. We rented a house at the address 1869 Penzance parkway. In your company.since August 19, 2020, but were able to move only on September 5, because they were in another state. When we arrived at the house, we were terrified.the house is dirty and no one has cleaned it. The carpet stinks of urine. Dirt everywhere. The screens on the Windows are torn and not the size of the window and therefore can not open the window because of midges and lizards. A one star is too good of a rating for this company!! Stay Away.. Would not recommend to my worse enenemy

SO. At the end of two years of renting a property through Progress Residential, I leave my final review. Sadly, it is a stinky one. I won't go into too much detail (as my attorney has cautioned me about that with a pending suit), but suffice it to say that this particular office most likely is one of the better ones, but as a whole, the company is 100% an investor-driven bottom-line focused corporation with little to no regard to an individual's satisfaction. Well, not sure what you are referring to specifically but two things requested that you have no yet done: 1: repair ceiling on back porch and 2: clean out clothes dryer do that I can dry my. Clothes with my new dryer.

Terrible rental company. Relocated for work and decided to rent before buying. Upon move in the place was dirty, some walls had different shade of paint and a few little things were not fully functional. I am handy and decided i shouldn't worry and can fix them. This is my first time renting in 12+ years. During the term i fixed all the little things and even replaced Sod in the back. Rent was set on auto pay so that was never late.
