This company is awful and deserves 0 stars. Their customer service department is completely useless and I had to make multiple inquires with them to get basic services addressed. They would tell me they hired contractors to address issues but when I called the contractor they were completely unaware of any service requests. I'm a disabled veteran. Me and my fiance moved into a progress residential home. Before we moved in we had questions about the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms and was told they would be taken care of. We moved in in May. There is mold in the bottom from water damage. They sent 3 technicians out all stated sir you need new cabinets and they reported back to there management. 1st, I thought they were okay. I rented a property for a year and decided to do a home to home transfer. They in return sent a letter of statement of fees and charges in order to release my security deposit. I paid the balanced and then waited the 30 days with no security deposit. I come to find out that they used to security deposit as a charge which is against Florida statutes. Horrible company. Unable to get my security deposit check rewritten due to them being stubborn and not wanting to give money back to the rightful people of it. Scammers
By far one of the worst property management companies ever. It is evident all they care about is the money, and they do not care about their tenants who are renting from them. I have been in my home for six years. During that time my rent has gone up by $700 a month. Worst place I have EVER lived!!! It is very hard to get in touch with anybody. Nobody picks up the phone, nobody responds to countless emails. But they’re okay with scamming and making money off you!!
We didn't do a walkthrough because we moved from another state. We called and left several messages and sent an official email which included over 30 photos as evidence with no response about the property we recently rented. The property doesn't even look the same as the pictures they posted on their website and discovered they used the effect to boost up the pictures to make it look like they remodeled the home. By far the worst real estate management company I could have rented with. While living as a resident I had numerous issues, including a broken A/C, missed trash pickups, and a smart home feature that didn't work for months. The entire complex even got a notice from the water company threatening to turn the water off because Progress didn't pay the utility company on time. My experience with Progress Residential has been less than satisfactory. I agree with so many reviews that this company lacks a certain degree of communications with their tenants. It was a horror for the move-in process. The entire process was tedious and exhausting without the benefit of sufficient communications on what is happening with the process.
