Recant of prior review. The local Progress Residential office has been a pleasure to deal with and even with their procedures placed by their corporate office, they have worked with us in handling any issues that have arisen. I would have to say that your mileage may vary based on your location, but the Jacksonville office is one of the better ones.

Not a trustworthy company. I seriously doubt these two -sentence reviews are legit, as I have yet to meet anyone that has rented from Progress that has anything good to say about them. If you DO find yourself so out of possibilities that you have to go with Progress, know that there is a $500 "hold fee" that is only refunded if you fail to qualify for the home, getting maintenance done is a chore, they will try and Nicole and dime you the whole lease (and your rent WILL go up each renewal), oh, and they insist on utilities i... read more

Do not rent from these folks, they will steal your deposit when you move out, I had my home professionally cleaned for 300.00 when I moved out and my home was cleaner then when I moved in and one month after I moved out, I received a notice from them that they were claiming 700.00 from my deposit because the home was not clean enough for their standards, which is an epic lie. Look at other agencies, that will not rip you off when you move out.
Where do I start… Let’s start with the customer service team. I’m sure I called that line over 20times within 2 days and EVERYONE I spoke too was so helpful. Our application process was smooth! We even changed our move in date with no issues! My agent Becky L was AMAZING!! She made sure all of our concerns were addressed and she had a cancellation for orientation and moved me right into that spot so I can move into my place early!
