I applied for a property, and was denied. I have no evictions, I have some dedt, credit score is mid 600s. And I make well over 3x rent. When asked why I was denied, they said my credit score. I called the credit company they use. And was told they ran 2 reports the evictions that came back with nothing. And credit check. I had 2 account open 1 not mine and I am disputing. Progress has been a horrible experience! I moved in Nov of 2021 and EVERY month I get extra charges for something. My lease says the ONLY extra charges are IF water/electric isn't in my name. I made sure both were via JEA because I NEVER want to deal with the scam agency they use for utility bills Conservice! They have been sued and never won that I've seen in fact in Florida they were deemed illegal because of how they work but I'm in Florida and Progress is still using them even after being shown that they are being sued i... read more

DO NOT RENT FROM PROGRESS! They lie about property and leasing! They bill fradulent services every month via Conservice (which has been sued in every state they operate in) and then Progress forces you to pay everything but your rent before money is applied to your rent! They do not explain the charges in any way and threaten to evict you if you dispute them! Conservice is a utility scam you will get a bill and be forced to pay it before your rent even if you already paid the utilities and the prices will be jacked up higher... read more

Been a tennant with this company for 5 years and it is a nightmare to renew the lease every year. They always try to add fees incorrectly then do not correct it or communicate with you. I was told I would have a corrected lease to sign and now I'm less than 3 weeks from lease expiring still without a corrected lease. E-mail has been sent several times copying everyone including Keenan and multiple voicemails left, also set on hold for an hour yesterday only to be disconnected. STAY AWAY FROM RENTING WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WORST COMPANY IN THIS COUNTRY TO RENT WITH!!!!! BAD COMMUNICATION, 5 DAYS WITH NO AC AT HOME NOBODY CAME TO HELP US. 5th DAY THEY SEND A RUDE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS MAD BECAUSE THEY SEND THEM AT 5pm TO CHECK OUR AC. COMPENSATION WAS 100$ BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO PUT US ON A HOTEL WITH 2 babies 19 months old!!! Horriblee!!! horriblee!!!!experience with this company. Dont waste your money on the application! They basically lied to me and said they don’t look at your credit score. Well I wasted $335 applying just to get denied based on “credit history” which the leasing agent informs me is different than your credit score. They scammed me out of $85 and now I have to wait a month to get my $250 back. Not only that but the agent caught an attitude with me on the ohone and was extremely rude and condescending after I waited on hold for over an hour multiple times. Were do I start. The house was filthy. We were lied too about certain things pertaining to the home that were suppose to be set up. The condition of the lawn and gardens was horrendous! Installation of tv, internet and phone was a nightmare because of the movement and covering of ports. The local office never picks up nor does it ever return phone calls.
