FED UP with this company DOESN'T even begin to discribe how much you should AVOID Progress Residential! Here are examples of situations we've experienced. #2 Had a shower wall leaking into my office area. They came several days later and just used clear silicone on the tile in the shower which turned into black mold underneath. The rug in my office area now smells almost like urine. #2 Our AC went out not 1 or 2 but 3 times during the dead of summer. They told me they were coming that evening...no show! Zero stars. I’ve gone back and forth with progress residential for 2 months following a domestic abuse case that happened in one of their homes. They are not taking it seriously and keep changing what they “require” to retract a $4500 termination fee. Do not rent from them unless you want to be nickeled and dimed. And if you ever need anything that is a serious matter be prepared to talk to their whole team endlessly trying to find someone who knows their actual policy and procedures.

These guys are absolutely horrible, so bad they have a Fox 13 news report on how bad renters are treated by progress residential and how they over charge at every opportunity. Living in a Progress Residential-owned home is a nightmare of an experience.

I am making this review on a burner account so they don't create any more inconveniences for me. I moved in one of their houses last year in the Tampa area. In the past 7 months of being here, my house got flooded 4 times, grew mold and mildew within the walls of the house, they had to come out multiple times to cut open drywall, replace it, spray chemicals and leave loud fans and dehumidifiers for weeks. The A/C went out 5 times in the past 3 months, They left me and my 2 year old son without A/C for 2 weeks, twice already.... read more

Dishonest rental management. We were charged an admin fee of $45, even though we took care of the lawn on the same day as we were notified by the hoa. The hoa did not charge us, they said just take care of it before the 10 day window expires. We took care of it on the first day rite away! We take real good care of our rental and have never had even a single hoa violation in this home. I seriously hate this company. They fixed a window for us that we were told we would not be responsible for. Months later we were charged for it at an astronomical rate. I tried and tried and tried to fight it. The whole time paying my rent on time but not paying the fee they charged me. Since you can’t itemize what you pay on the portal it showed me not paying my rent and I got an eviction notice with all the fees attached. I wish I could give them no stars. My husband and I went to view a home from Progress last weekend. We absolutely loved the place and decided to apply, we applied on Saturday. We paid 50 per person for the application fee and an additional 250 holding fee. In the application, I was able to fill out both applicants portions, and was told to wait for income verification. Sunday I received mine and filled it out, through the income verification I was asked if my accounts where shared with my joint applicant (they all are), and ... read more
