I applied to a home at progressive residential back in June 2022 and it's now September 2022 and they still haven't returned my money back to my card this company is scamming people and should be put out of business.

I wish I could have contacted someone by phone, but that seems impossible. After 10 min I hung up and came here. The house they own and rent next door to me has gone over one month without the yard mowed. We have had snakes, rabbits, and various other wildlife appear in the knee high grass. Do you all (they) just wait until someone finally moves in and make them do it? So annoying.

they are the worst company ever. My neighbor rented for three years they have had nothing but weeds and progress charge them $1500 just to do the front yard even though it has always been weeds. The house has not been painted in over 10 years they have cracks all over the house including the roof and nobody ever spray washes the backyard the patio the front yard. No matter how many HOA letters they receive they make up their own rules and do not care.

I initially went online to Progress Residential to request a maintenance order, but I quickly saw that it stated if you have an Emergency such as an Ac unit not working please call in. So I did just that only to be told no one can service us until the following day! Mind you I placed this call on the morning of 7/19...so now your telling me my Emergency must wait 24 hours. I was also told I was the 2nd case and they would be out first thing in the morning. It is now 7/20 in the afternoon. Where is the Emergency? I call to ... read more

Unacceptable!!!! My son has lived in one of their properties for a month and the Air Conditioner has not worked since he has moved in. Multiple times he has called and placed work orders and has been told "parts are on order". He has been told it's "not an emergency unless the temp inside gets to be 85"!!!! WTF???? It's 83 degrees inside his house. He works from home! What kind of ridiculousness are you people running? Renters BEWARE! I realize it's a tough market out there but there have got to be more responsible landlord... read more

This is our second 2nd Florida summer that we have to go through living in a house that has an AC that doesn't work properly. We've been complaining for 2 years and they just keep sending techs out and the problem never gets resolved. We've had to spend many nights in hotels because it's just unbearable and they don't do anything to reimburse you for it. The house is 1758sqft with tall ceilings and the old unit they have in here has a max of sqft of 1775sqft. Multiple AC companys have come out and said their is nothing wrong... read more

Here he go... another hot FL summer with our AC not working....again... All 4 of the 3rd party A/C companies they have needed to be sent out all say the same thing. That the unit isn't sufficient for the house but does Progress fix the problem..nope... Their techs come over, talk me off because I know nothing about AC and handler units and then leave saying everything is fine... Yet my AC is set to 70 and it's 80 degrees in my house so obviously something is not right. I have a toddler and soon a newborn but they don't care,... read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! I found a home and supplied them everything they needed, they assured me if for ANY reason I didn’t want to move forward with the house they would return my deposit. Well guess what, they refuse to honor that when I decided not to move forward because of a clearly unpleasant HOA that I knew we wouldn’t be happy with. I responded to all emails made tons of calls and requested follow ups that progress didn’t even respond to…yet they said they will not return my deposit due to my being unresponsive... read more

I have been fighting diligently with progress residential for over a year to fix the irrigation system that was already broken when we moved in. I had to file 7 tickets over a year span to get them to finally fix it after I contracted someone to complete the work. Because of their negligence in resolving the irrigation the lawn is completely dead and they are refusing to replace the sod. They said that it’s not their responsibility. This is absurd and unacceptable. If they don’t fix it their own property how can they expect... read more
