Hurricane Ian had me without hot water since it left and I was suppose to have it fixed Friday but I had an emergency and had to leave home not only did the technician LAZ understand my problem but he went above and beyond to make sure I had hot water he was very prompt responsive and communicated with me perfectly unable to finish his job he still kept in contact Monday morning to see if anyone had come out to me and once I told him no he didn’t hesitate to get right on it even after they tried to give the job to a third pa... read more

I just wanted to leave our experience with Progress Residential— we are very happy with the company as a whole, and particularly Dana Baggett, our leasing agent. She has gone above and beyond for us and has been an absolute delight to work with. She eased our concerns we had with our move, answered all our questions and quickly got us into another rental when the HOA for our first rental was too strict with their pet policy. Brian Bieri recently come to our home to trouble shoot problems with our sprinkler system. Given his extensive knowledge of the subject matter, he had our system running flawlessly in a short period of time. Additionally, Brian also provided me with valuable "hands on" experience in setting the system as well as insight into the local regulations with respect to watering. Brian is an excellent example as we are very satisfied with the service we have received from the Progress Residential staff and their vendors.
Brian Bieri (technician) came out on an emergency call to take care of our leaking AC unit. He cleared the blockage and restored the AC unit to proper functioning. He also did preventative maintenance and took the time to explain all his steps and showed me how I could further help prevent any recurrence. He was on time, professional and courteous.

I've had no problems with the house and my quiet neighborhood. My A/C was inspected and it was recommended that it be changed, Progress changed the entire thing. I didn't have to wait till it died. Every questions has been answered and they are helpful
