If you value your money do not rent from this company they will charge you for everything like if you own the property,the HOA give this company a violation for sod they never replace and try to charge me $5000 for it I refuse and they still charge me the violation of $900
terrible they delivered dead grass to my neighbor who rents from them. Instead of paying attention to my land versus their land they went into my yard dug up beautiful Saint Augustine grass and laid dead grass and when I called them to complain they have ignored me not once but twice and an email. They do not take care of houses. And constantly get violations from our homeowners

This has been a terrible experience so far!!! Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else!!! I moved in November 1, after spending just a day or two in the home we noticed multiple things were wrong. The most major issue was that both shower were leaking. I now strongly believe the only reason that got fixed was because the plumber they hired went above and beyond to fix all the plumbing issues in the home. Progress residential is a big rip off. I moved out and followed their checklist of things I had to do. Provided receipts. They charged me for items that was there responsibility. They charged me for fixing the garage door opener, changing out dishwasher, cracks in the wall due to the foundation damage. Charge me for not providing receipts for cleaning which I did. I will never refer them because they will do anything to not have to pay back the deposit or half months rent. I do not recommend them

Let me start out by saying I am not even a tenant of Progress Residential, I am a neighbor. During their refurbishment of the house next door the painters over sprayed and covered my house, gutters, downspouts, and trashcans with bright white paint. I spent over $29k in 2021 painting my brick, adding new siding, soffits, facia, and gutters which are now coated in a fine mist of bright white paint. My gutters are dark bronze! Do not rent from this company!! I haven’t rented in the past from other companies and they all repainted the whole house and had it professionally cleaned before move in but progress does NOT do any of that! They told me it was professional cleaned and there is absolutely no way anyone even attempted to clean it. I will never rent from progress ever again. I wouldn’t even give 1 star but I have to give 1 star to write the review!
I would rate this company 0 stars if it was possible. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered on multiple occasions. I set up my auto pay through their rent cafe program with a Progress Residential rep on the phone. After months of checking the website and showing that I am enrolled in auto pay, I received a notice of demand to vacate premises. These previous reviews have to be bogus. I rented from them for 4 yrs till I had enough money to move. It was the worst 4 yrs of renting property that I have ever had to deal with. Poor customer service. Their employees are rude. They will nickle & dime you to death. Oh, don't expect to get your deposit back. They will make you repaint the house power wash everything. Run away dont rent look at Better Business reviews, yelp. I would give them 0 if it were an option. We pay for a pool we can't even use.
