My experience with Progress has been awful since the day we signed the lease. It is near impossible to talk to anyone that can help you and they refuse to take any responsibility on their end for the miscommunication going on. We found mold all in the master bedroom and bath due to an ongoing leak in the shower wall a few months after moving in. Charged an arm and a leg to move out, worst experience ever. NEVER doing business with again.
1 star is being generous.They just want your money. Took 2 months for a work order that Progress AGREED to have sod replaced. Yard needed to be resoded 2 yrs prior. Finally after back and forth convos, denied work orders, I decided not to renew my lease. It was then suggested if I renew, they would resod. Took 2 months after inital complaint to complete so a Fine was imposed by HOA due to them taking 2 months 1 week and 8 days to complete after being notified by myself and HOA. Si les pudiera dar 0 estrella se la daria. Pesimo servicio, pesima actitud de los empleados, malos servicios. Nunca contestan los e-mails támpoco contestan sus # de teléfonos. Contando los días para no tener que lidiar con gente tan mediocre e incompetente como la que trabaja en el area de Tampa Fl.....
Progress residential is the worst company we've ever deal with they have a very bad service and bad representative they hang up whenever wanna ask more questions it's an worst management company

Don't like it, fees for everything, even when tenants didn't break anything, cheap materials used to restore houses, cheap workers who didn't care about fixing house. HOA is just as worse,

Hi, Amanda. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, none of our vendors have reported the unit as being too small for the home. As such, we we would be happy to fix issues that may arise, but there is not a need to replace the unit.
