Rude and used bully tactics to get the job in a pinch. I'm guessing they don't get many returning clients. Wouldn't answer my questions when I asked to the price to be broken down by labor and materials.

Hands down the worst and most overpriced company. We used them through our home warranty and were highly disappointed. First, they cancelled on us same the first appointment and then when they finally did come I wish they hadn't. We only had a few small drips happening so I would have thought it would be pretty painless and reasonably priced, but no. Proline Plumbing was unable to show-up scheduled time between 10-2 as the company had over scheduled their plumbers. No service was rendered. Proline continued to try to invoice me even after they failed arrive during the scheduled window. Stay away - very unprofessional company.

On July 18th, 2017, I called Proline Plumbing as our kitchen sink had a blockage, would not drain, and needed to be snaked out. When I called Proline Plumbing, I specifically requested that they snake out the blocked line. I also requested that a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet be installed while they were here. Pro-Line sent out an Apprentice and his apparent Supervisor. Not happy with the lack of service, they didnt stay to fix the problem they were sent out to do from my home warrenty and say nothing was wrong. The managerment lady was rude and instead of talking me off my ledge she continued to push telling my husband we had to pay yet my warrenty company said different? The revisws on facebook r put there by mamagement and her facebook friends, sad the boss has to give u five stars! One thing i learned in business always talk polite to people if in their worst.

Overpriced. Would recommend shopping around. They charged $900 (to drill a hole through a blockage, which was plugged again by the next morning) then quoted an additional $1000 to clear roots from a sewer line. RotoRooter came out and cleared all roots for $250, scoped and confirmed everything was good, they confirmed it would of cost about $400 had I called them initially the night before (being after hours), but they would of FIXED it then, the technician from RotoRooter also said I was robbed and he had done a worse just ... read more

I would give him 5 stars if he would attend an attitude adjustment class-and pass it. But at least he charged a fair rate and did not gouge me like Advanced Plumbing. Perhaps his own plumbing was stopped up that day, causing that nasty grimace on his face.
