Completely unprofessional. After having bad experience with one plumber, Tony, the next time they sent a better one who was competent. A third visit was scheduled and Tony shows up after my specific request he never come to our home again. We had been without toilets, showers etc for a week by this time. He does little except calls another company for pump out. I pay that company. I call his boss, who says he's on the road will call me back in the morning. He doesn't call me. Tony does. ProLine Plumbing LLC was hired by my warranty company to repair a leaking water heater in my home. The warranty company is Fidelity National Home Warranty. MY RATING for both is Negative 1 billion stars!!!!! I want to warn everyone about both of these companies. They are apparently working together to cheat, scam and lie to people! We have heard they do good standard plumbing work, but don't let them convince you they specialize in complicated leak detection work, because frankly they didn't know what it meant when they showed up at our door and I asked them what their methodology was for leak detection.... But then again no one in the area has the expertise and training utilizing expensive, sophisticated equipment to find difficult mystery leaks outside of two plumbing connected detached residences separated by a rockfall. They came to fix my water heater (which connects with my heating system), and I had to wait two weeks for a piece of equipment to arrive. Luckily I was able to use electrical tape to keep it together during those two weeks. After they put the replacement in, it worked briefly and then went out. I am without heat and hot water and they were unable to send someone out for an emergency call. They closed the service and charged my home warranty company, despite having broken my water heater.

Rude and used bully tactics to get the job in a pinch. I'm guessing they don't get many returning clients. Wouldn't answer my questions when I asked to the price to be broken down by labor and materials.

Hands down the worst and most overpriced company. We used them through our home warranty and were highly disappointed. First, they cancelled on us same the first appointment and then when they finally did come I wish they hadn't. We only had a few small drips happening so I would have thought it would be pretty painless and reasonably priced, but no. They maxed out all my deductibles (around $1k) to fix/not really fix; a running toilet, a dripping sink, loose bolt in the crawlspace and snake a drain. They proceeded to not b... read more

Proline Plumbing was unable to show-up scheduled time between 10-2 as the company had over scheduled their plumbers. No service was rendered. Proline continued to try to invoice me even after they failed arrive during the scheduled window. Stay away - very unprofessional company.

On July 18th, 2017, I called Proline Plumbing as our kitchen sink had a blockage, would not drain, and needed to be snaked out. When I called Proline Plumbing, I specifically requested that they snake out the blocked line. I also requested that a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet be installed while they were here. Pro-Line sent out an Apprentice and his apparent Supervisor. Not happy with the lack of service, they didnt stay to fix the problem they were sent out to do from my home warrenty and say nothing was wrong. The managerment lady was rude and instead of talking me off my ledge she continued to push telling my husband we had to pay yet my warrenty company said different? The revisws on facebook r put there by mamagement and her facebook friends, sad the boss has to give u five stars! One thing i learned in business always talk polite to people if in their worst.
