Get directionsNearly $700 for one hour of work. I asked for a breakdown of the quote and the tech could not give it. Way too expensive on pricing.
Business response:
Hi Arf, I do not have record of servicing anyone with this name. Please call the office so we can address any issues you may have. 877.376.2713.
Too not use them. They charged me $150 to tell me what was wrong and then wanted additional to fix it. No credit towards the overall repairs. Called two more plumbers and both quoted me A free estimate to diagnose the problem.
Business response:
Hi Lisa, I am sorry you feel this way. You were quoted our pricing and agreed to it when you made the appointment. We did provide you with an estimate for repair. I am not sure where the disconnect came from. I hope you get your plumbing issue taken care of.
Called them for a water leak close to our main feed line, shortly past the meter. Tech showed up five minutes before the three hour time slot communicated expired, and spent the first five plus minutes talking on the phone. He then proceeded to eventually dig a hole, determine approximately where the leak was occurring, inform me that he didn't have time to complete the work, refill the hole, charge me for a service call, hand me a ridiculously high estimate to complete the work, wish me a good weekend and depart. I calle... read more

Hi Mike, I am sorry you were not pleased with the service visit. We were called out through a work order from your warranty company. Hold times to get authorization from your warranty company are long, but necessary. When we were told the repair was not covered, we provided you with an estimate. It sounds like you had the repair completed through an irrigation company. Their pricing structure is very different that a licensed plumbing company. I am glad your leak has been repaired.
Charged $1600 to replace a foot of pvc pipe. Then mysteriously there were more issues that they wanted to charge thousands more. A complete rip off scam company do not use. And if you do defiantly get a second opinion
Business response:
I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you received. Our technician installed an outside cleanout for your sewer line. This required excavating 4-5 feet deep and was very labor intensive. You have been having recurring issues with stoppages, so we scoped the line and found improper sloping which is causing your recurrent issue. We provided an estimate to repair your sewer line which happens to be located under your driveway which contributes to the higher repair cost. It is unfortunate that older homes ca... read more
Had to use this company due to home warranty and found that I was better off not even using the warranty.... I would of save time and $ and would of had a correct facet installed... This company put in a sub par facet (they said it was the equivalent), not even solidly put in and when I gave them information it wasn't so, they won't even work on making it right....
Business response:
Hi Kelly, I am sorry you are not satisfied with your Kohler faucet. Your old faucet had been discontinued and Kohler did not offer that same style. We had gone back and forth with you several times prior to installation - sending you model numbers, etc. You did not want the initial model number we suggested because you were very concerned with the arch height. You even called Kohler and they told you the 596-V had an arch similar to your prior faucet - so you approved for us to install that model. We have a follow-up ap... read more
Proline plumbing services was sent to our home to check out a possible water heater issue. The manufacturer, AO Smith sent them under warranty. Long story short, I had to pay $140 for Tony to multimeter check and say it wasn't electrical, but he then never offered to check the plumbing, just said call back tomorrow if it's not working still. After 2 more visits and just replacing parts over and over, and them mentioning it could be a plumbing leak, but never actually going through any steps to diagnose the problem. The owner... read more

Nyssa, We are sorry you were not pleased with our service. We were called to service your water heater through warranty service. When our technician's were on site they checked the unit and found that the water heater was firing and heating. You insisted that it had to be the water heater since you did not have an issue until the new water heater was installed. We replaced elements and thermosts to ensure they were functioning properly. When you still had an issue, we offered to come out and diagnose your plumbing issue... read more
Proline was very flexible in trying to fix my Navien heating system. They were very professional and nice-but needed to talk with Navien tech services each time they came out. After several attempts, I finally had to purchase a new system for $4,000 out of pocket. What I really didn't like, was that Proline would not vie me a refund for the new parts that they put in the "old" Navien to try to fix it. Over $500. So now, I have an old Navien with new parts in my garage hoping that I can get some $ for it. :(
Business response:
Hi Liz, thank you for your review and your business. We were dispatched thru your home warranty company to repair your water heater. Unfortunately, warranties require us to exhaust all efforts at repair before replacement of the unit. We were doing as instructed by AHS. It is regrettable that parts are nonrefundable after installation. I am happy to hear that your new unit is up and running.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU FOR UNNECESSARY REPAIRS! I had them come out for a leak in my shower. The lazy contractor stated he could not "detect" the leak and would have to charge us $500 to remove our shower enclosure so he could find the leak AND "$2,500+" to install a new enclosure after he fixes the leak. Liars!! I just had a contractor come for a second opinion two days ago. The leak was caused by a six dollar pipe next to the shower head and NO removal of my shower enclosure was necess... read more

Hi Nita, We reviewed you job details. What you are stating does not match with what our technician reported. Please call the office to discuss your job so we can clarify the issue 877.376.2713. Thank you.
Do not use this company!!! I would give negative stars if I could. This company came out to install a new sump pump in my crawl space back in July. Long story short, they purchased low level equipment and installed it poorly. Three months later I had to have them come back out to "fix" the sump pump. Again, they did poor work and my crawl space is now covered in 1-2 feet of standing water. A different plumbing company has been out to evaluate my situation. Their plumber said nothing Proline installed in my crawl space is up ... read more

Kelly, We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your sump pump. We installed a new sump pump in your crawl space in July. When our technician was out in early December, he found that the float was stuck causing the unit not to work properly. Our technician made a modification to the float and it was working correctly when he left. I assure you that we use quality equipment. Our agreement with your warranty company has us replace with like quality equipment; the same quality as your original unit. We would need ... read more
