Tyrone Miles came to my house to investigate a leak in the basement. He cut two holes into my ceiling then said that the leak was due to the tiling in the upstairs bathroom. Obviously, he did not look close enough because there was a huge hole in the pipe that was exposed as a result of him cutting the sheetrock out. I had to have another plumber come out to do the repairs. I will not use this company nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else.

Business response:

Hi Julie, Please call the office 877.376.2713. We are not aware of this situation. Thank you

Buyer beware! I do not recommend Proline plumbing for two reasons. 1. $125 for an estimate that took 10-15 minutes is unreasonable. 2. The quote I received off of that visit was nearly twice as much as I received from another service or online research. I contacted Proline to work through this with them and they declined to refund my money or revise the quote. First - I knew and agreed to the $125 but expected a thorough evaluation of my pressure regulator valve. From talking to other plumbers these valves typically last 10... read more

Business response:

Our technician was on site 10.16.18 to diagnose a "horn-like" sound coming from the walls when water is running. He diagnosed the sound to be coming from the pressure regulator valve. He informed the homeowner that he feels the internal mechanism is beginning to fail and suggested replacement of the valve. Our technician also noticed that the home did not have a main shut off valve and suggested that he have one installed in case of emergency. We provided an estimate to replace the pressure regulator valve and install a... read more

I asked for someone to help install a hands-free motion sensor faucet in our in home daycare bathroom and they were unable to help us. I do not think it was fair that they charged us $135 and were only in our home less than 2 minutes and did nothing. I was told that a manager would call me to discuss the fee and was hoping to at least get credit for future service but nobody called me. The technicians were rude and said that our home (which was built in the 70s) was too old and not worth it to invest a new sink that would be... read more

Business response:

Hi Corinna, Our technician was called to install a modern motion control faucet that you had purchased in your bathroom. Unfortunately, this type of faucet is not compatible with your existing sink. The holes did not match up - the faucet is single hole and your sink has three holes. Our technician provided a few different solutions for this issue 1) order a cover plate for your new chosen faucet to be used with your current sink, 2) purchase a new sink which would be compatible with your chosen faucet or 3) purchasing a ... read more

Negative stars. My water heater developed ebola and leaked a ton of gas into my house the wee hours of the 4th of July. Emergency gas guys, blahblahblah, and finally my home warranty co. dispatched Proline. (PS, one of the NW Nat gas guys was a former water heater installer and posited it wasn't a big deal to switch the existing heater out.) Anyhoo, the Proline tech came out and told me a standard tank (like the one in the back of his truck) wouldn't fit under the house to replace the old tank, that I required a "specialty i... read more

Business response:

Hi Tracey, I am sorry you feel this way. Your service call was on July 4th and your warranty company as well as our suppliers and WH mfg were closed. Your water heater was a 1991 unit. The units made currently are larger because they are insulated better - that is why the one we had in the truck would not fit. We had to locate a WH that would fit into your limited size crawl space. We had suggested a tankless unit because of their compact size and the fact we find one locally. They are more expensive than a unit with a... read more

Here's the deal Lisa Your technicians didn't even step into our house. And they said they were certified to look at septic systems when I called for emergency services. But even bigger issue, why wouldn't your managers call me back? Three messages no call back. Obviously they have their money and don't care.

Business response:

Hi Dani, I am sorry you were not happy with the service provided. You called for service on Easter Sunday and emergency holiday rates applied. We were told that the only toilet in the home was clogged. Our technician was on site and determined that the sewer lines in the home were clear. He looked in the septic tank and saw liquid and waste to the top so he suggested septic pumping. You mentioned that the septic service used a stick to clear the something inside of the septic tank. Unfortunately we are not certified to... read more

Completely unprofessional. After having bad experience with one plumber, Tony, the next time they sent a better one who was competent. A third visit was scheduled and Tony shows up after my specific request he never come to our home again. We had been without toilets, showers etc for a week by this time. He does little except calls another company for pump out. I pay that company. I call his boss, who says he's on the road will call me back in the morning. He doesn't call me. Tony does. He says he's done $ 4,500 plumbing so... read more

ProLine Plumbing LLC was hired by my warranty company to repair a leaking water heater in my home. The warranty company is Fidelity National Home Warranty. MY RATING for both is Negative 1 billion stars!!!!! I want to warn everyone about both of these companies. They are apparently working together to cheat, scam and lie to people! Proline showed up to look at my water heater and they could obviously see it was leaking and agreed it needed replaced. Soon after they left, I got a call from the warrant company and was told my ... read more

We have heard they do good standard plumbing work, but don't let them convince you they specialize in complicated leak detection work, because frankly they didn't know what it meant when they showed up at our door and I asked them what their methodology was for leak detection.... But then again no one in the area has the expertise and training utilizing expensive, sophisticated equipment to find difficult mystery leaks outside of two plumbing connected detached residences separated by a rockfall. American Leak Detection Serv... read more

They came to fix my water heater (which connects with my heating system), and I had to wait two weeks for a piece of equipment to arrive. Luckily I was able to use electrical tape to keep it together during those two weeks. After they put the replacement in, it worked briefly and then went out. I am without heat and hot water and they were unable to send someone out for an emergency call. They closed the service and charged my home warranty company, despite having broken my water heater.
