I recently moved into Cedarwood Apartments in Hayes, VA. There have been a few glitches, but I have to say that everyone I've dealt with at Greg Garrett Property Management, from my first phone call to the present, especially Christina Jones (Property Manager, Blue Team), has been professional, friendly, and helpful. Amber Kamperveen was great to work with, she is a accent to Greg Garrett Property Management. When Ms. Kamperveen was showing the property, she was patient and kind. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I just want to say that Ms. Christina Jones is amazing! She listened to what we were looking for and what we wanted and nailed it on the first try. She is patient; kind and attentive. Anytime I needed anything or had any questions, she was right there to assist or respond. I've been with Greg Garrett for a few years now and I began to lose confidence in their service. I wasn't getting reports and updates from my manager, she never returned my calls and the phones were hardly ever answered.
