Greg Garrett and Valerie Porter have made our renting experience one we will never forget. Valerie was informative and worked with us to help us get the home we were hoping for. She was quick to respond and is a great asset to the Greg Garrett team. The transition into our new house has been seamless and everyone has been quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. Our move-in and our move-out experience was absolutely horrible. Upon move in, the back yard of the property was left untouched - It looked like a jungle and the bugs were BAD. Painting was unfinished, shelves in the fridge were missing, the garbage disposal was broken, our shower door was broken, and there were a couple holes in the carpet (we didn’t mind these as we knew there was a previous renter before us and it wasn’t bad enough to replace). I would leave NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible. The worst "property management" I have ever dealt with while renting. 1. They charged the homeowner ex amount of money a month and the entire 3 years living in the home the management came on move in and move out. No quarterly inspections at all, which was stated in the contract. 2. When conducting repairs that we requested, they sent a "handy man" to come and do bare minimum repairs. Putting band aids on existing problems instead of fixing it the right way. 3. Charged the home own... read more

I regret that you had a negative experience with my company. Please understand that we manage the property, however the homeowner has to approve many repairs and without out approval and funding we cannot address some issue.

I am sorry that you had such a negative experience. We try to make sure that all of our customers have great experiences. Please understand that we manage the property. The owners have to approve most repairs and we can only take action on those items approved and funded. We have greatly improved our staff and many of the issues you mention have been addressed.
