I have been working with Greg Garrett Property Management for over 10 years now. Everything about Butch and his staff has been very positive, very professional, willing to help in any way possible. Butch and his staff has even given me there personal cell phone numbers to call them any time or day if there has ever been a problem and as went out of there way to even meet me at my properties on weekends-there personal time..in helping with any issues. I have no worries with any of my properties in their hands.

I am rating Greg Garrett Property Management with 5 stars because they have a very professional process in setting up property management owner agreements, managing property marketing, and providing great customer service to interested renters. I look forward to working with Butch and Valerie, as my new tenant moves in soon. They provided a seamless transition throughout the entire process and I appreciate that.

Our experience with this company has been phenomenal. Valerie Porter was extremely helpful. She got us in pretty quickly and she has a great personality. She is a great asset to the company. She showed us one house and also showed us another one that also fit our criteria to a T. She was very fast, friendly, and amazing to work with. Greg Garrett is by far the best rental company. Greg Garrett and their rental team is one of the best property management units the peninsula has to offer. Being a military family we have had to constantly deal with different companies and their teams. Valerie Porter was amazing throughout our process and has constantly assured us that things would be taken care of in a timely manner. Whenever we have had a problem my wife and I can always count on Valerie to get it taken care of!

We contacted GGPM regarding rental property we owned. The home was not in rentable condition and required quite a bit of work. We are in California and had never lived in Virginia. Butch Mehrens referred us to contractors who quickly got the house into shape. Due to unforseen circumstances, we weren't able to rent the home for a few months after Butch started helping us. He asked for no payment and continued to help us whenever necessary. Happily the house is ready and we have two applicants who would like to move in. ... read more
