I have had the good fortune to have Kristie Chisman manage my rental properties for the past many years and I now consider her as a trusted friend. She is always ahead of the curve regardless of the issue whether it's finding a new tenant, making a repair or dealing with homeowner associations. It's also reassuring that Kristie is backed up by Butch Mehrens, the long serving manager of Greg Garrett Property Manager. I feel reassured that my rental properties could not be in better hands!
