We have been using Greg Garrett Property Management for renting our home for over 10 years. They do a great job. They have a strong marketing team and great process to get it rented quick. When problems come up, they are quick to handle them. Butch, Kristie, and the others are really on top of things

I had called around to other rental companies and no one ever returned my calls. And if I did get in contact with someone they act like they don't have time to explain their requirements. I called Greg Garrett a few weeks ago and spoke to someone named Amber. Although they could not work with my bad credit, she was so sweet in suggesting other ways of finding a home. We rented for two years and we're thoroughly satisfied by every member of the team from lease signing to closing out. Meghan Sheetz was extremely accessible and helpful throughout the closing of our lease and preparation to move out of state. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Christina Jones is an exceptional property manager She gets 5 stars from me! From the beginning of my property management experience with her, she has been exceedingly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My calls, texts and emails are ALWAYS responded to in a timely, courteous manner with information on the issue that prompted the communication. My 5 stars goes to Christina Jones . My family has been using Greg Garrent Property Management for approximately 3 years and the experience has not always been favorable until I meet Christina Jones. She is phenomenal. I was impress with her professional and honesty about the matters with renting our current property. She is proactive and a pleasure to speak with.
