I made an appt to see rental property that Greg Garrent Property Mgmt says was available. I emailed my driver's license/income info to Valerie Porter as requested. Valerie Porter confirmed then changed the appointment from 9:30a Saturday to 11a, no problem. i showed to the gated community Pine Cove, Valerie is nowhere to found as I'm waiting outside the community for 15 mins. Totally would not recommend anyone to rent from Greg Garrett. Candice is probably the most decent and professional one within that company. Thank Goodness my lease is up in a month YIPPEE!!!!!!

Greg Garrett Properties has got to be the worst company ever to rent from. I've rented from them for almost 2 years and I have had issues with the property located in Newport News since I have moved in as of Nov. 2013. I recently had to call the city inspector and put my rent money in to escrow to get them to make the repairs to my place after being in the place almost 2 yrs.
