Mac users - beware! I purchased this label maker for the promise of being able to print directly from a computer, using a USB cable. I have two cheaper label makers (one Brother, one Epson). They work fine for infrequent jobs, but it's somewhat of a chore to print multiple labels using the tiny keyboards, so I was really looking forward to having the computer connectivity.
