I am so disgusted by Brooklyn does NOT Cares!! As I sit here crying while I type this my Dog first caught a Urinary Tract infection the Woman doctor automatically stated my dog needs to be spayed which I agreed to. Then for 2 whole weeks my Yorkie is wearing a Plastic Cone and this is the first time in the 8 years that I've had her that she's had any major issues, I wasn't told the cone could possibly give her a ear infection! I'm not one to write reviews, but I do think that this place merits one bc they service pets, which are like one's children and their rating on yelp.com is most definitely overrated. As a veterinary clinic it's average, not great, not horrible: clean, staffed; there's nothing outstanding whatsoever about it. However, as a new customer I was very disappointed and would never come back even though it's the closest vet to my home. The customer service is TERRIBLE.
