Very disappointed. We were referred by a dog trainer and scheduled a well visit for our new puppy. We we're scheduled with the requested vet. The vet was annoyed our breeder had specific requirements for vaccines and tider testing, which they never followed up with details. We were told to leave the room but not where to go. We were told to order the needed heart worm medicine at chewy as our breeder wanted specific one but then declined the prescription and wanted us to come in again for their recommendation. Beware of pricing here. I took my cat in to prepare for his neutering and somehow the vet expected me to pay $600 based on his shot records and her "assuming" that he didn't get multiple shots. It's important to note that this pricing is WITHOUT even neutering. A bunch of trumped up prices. I should have known to be concerned when the doctor walked in and said my cat "looked like a British Shorthair" when he is a 100% pure breed. I've been bringing my dog here since I got her 11 years ago. For years I loved them, but in the past few years the service is spotty at best. They used to call and check on my pup after a visit, and that hasn't happened in a while. I was actually very happy with this vet. I liked Dr. Wolf, who explains things so thoroughly and patiently, and I like Dr. Schaffer (sp?) who did my pet's dental cleaning and extracted a tooth with a cavity and helped me make that decision with confidence. I also like that the office is communicative and punctual. However, I am looking for a new vet as of my experience yesterday. Pure Paws is over rated. They charge way to much moneys for their services. They will not adhear to what you want done to your Pet. Then send you a email of the bill after the've charged your credit card. Be careful with your credit card because when you look at unauthorized charges. They will try to justify the bill enstead of returning your funds to your card. I will not advise any any body to use this Vet. Service. Petco is a way better option. Leon Parson

Unfortunately, I have discovered that this particular clinic is not the place for me. I was hesitant to write this review because I understand that certain protocols are in place. I called these people on May 2 at 12:06pm to set an appointment to get my kittens bloodwork done to give him the clear to neutered. That appointment was set for May 11th at 11am. On that day, I put my cat in his traveling bag, call a car service then we head out to the location to proceed to get the necessary blood work done. Once I arrived, I rang the bell. My pet and I won't be back. I found the Veterinarian's bedside manner a bit too harsh. She doesn't know how to talk to the Pet Owners. I will take my business elsewhere.
It's been three weeks of hell and I still don't know if my dog has cancer!! This place use to be great, but over the last 6 months has gone way downhill. Twice now I have gotten tests done on my dog for kidney function and cancer (both pretty serious issues) and I was never contacted with the results.
