New ownership, and I really miss the old vet and the vibe. Current owner vet is condescending and unpleasant. The male vet tech is very loud, gruff in handling my scared cat, not gentle and nice like a good vet tech would be (although I complained and never had him again). A few nice office ladies but after 1 too many health mistake situations "by the fault of the computer software" time to go somewhere else!

Avoid this place. This is my first Yelp review ever and I had no interest in Writing one but thought I should share my experience so others don't make the mistake I made in going here. My dog's primary vet couldn't get her in until Friday and we suspected a bladder infection and thought it best to get her to someone same day. 1. This place is dirty, renovated space but VERY dirty...like the MTA, dog hair and stains on the floors and seating. Dirty floors. No water for dogs or clients. 2. Nurse and Doctor were nice to ... read more

Dr. Liff is the sweetest. For real. She is honest when asked an opinion on something and it's clear she really loves her patients. My dog is extremely nervous with people, like shaking, heart racing, doesn't let people pet her kind of nervous. Dr. Liff and staff are so gentle, patient and caring with her and she always comes away either just as healthy or even better than before. She's had several stem cell procedures for her bilateral elbow displaysia and her torn ACL's. After years of rehab and TWO separate ACL surgeries, ... read more

I am currently putting together my long write up on this vet clinic. The staff is nice, but I find they don't listen when it comes to a healthy pet who comes for his annual check-up and vaccinations. Bottom line- this place will squeeze every single penny from you and make you feel guilty that you're not helping your pet by not doing further tests. Stupid me - I went along with most of what they said for the past 5 years until I had difficulty getting approval for my dog's Revolution. It was news to me that my dog needed... read more

I used to live in the area, so when my cat suddenly had a puffed up/swollen face, I took him in for the first time. Dr. Mann told me it was likely an infected tooth. I agreed to the surgery to extract the infected tooth. He then told me my cat had a heart murmur, and charged me extra for this. Unfortunately, when my cat came out of surgery he was completely blind. Dr. Mann told me my kitty had no infection in his mouth, and he suspected my kitty had severe blood cancer. He suggested a $4,000 cat scat. I promptly took my kit... read more

I took my dog to see Dr Liff and she was awful. She had no patience to hear my concerns and dismissed my thoughts pretty quickly. Not sure if I was inconveniencing her as I am spending money for her to see my baby, but she seemed exhausted and didn't have time for us. Her eyes also seemed very glassy...not sure if she was hungover or still up from the night. Either way, I will never go to this place again. Stay away!

Everything seemed ok when I went it, the environment is nice, and they offer you alcohol and beer, which is cool. Dr. Mann is nice at first, but he doesn't make eye contact when he talks, and at one point he completely ignored me and started having an in-depth convo with his tech. I felt like I wasn't in the room... weird. Anyways, he diagnosed my dog with a heart murmur... which my new vet has since said is not true, and some other serious issues. I wanted a second opinion, so after some awkward back and forth, (where I w... read more
