bad customer service. took to long to service my vehicle and then took long to tell me that my vehicle was done and had it sitting outside and i am just wItng inside

I didn't use Quality Buick GMC. If anything was done there it was from Fiesta Subaru. I suggest you contact Fiesta Subaru to find out what's going on. I dropped off my Suby yesterday and told them they had until the weekend as I wasn't in a hurry to get her back. Thanx for letting me know, now I can ask why Car Fax wanted me to evaluate a service I don't know about. This is interesting, It'll be so much fun to listen to a BS excuse as to why. History of very poor service from Quality Buick Sept 6, Monday, the Buick was struck by a stone leaving a star in the drivers side window. Sept 7-8 Star became a crack across the window. Dates now are approximate as I did not know that I would encounter a problem with Quality Buick. Sept 9-10 I filed a claim with USAA and expressed my preference with a dealer repair. Unprofessional service unprofessional service
We bought a vehicle here several years ago and we had a great experience, they worked to earn our business and trust. This time around we were treated terribly by our sales person Triston Watts as well as the finance person due to our credit challenges. The vehicle we really wanted was no longer available (never mentioned, like a bait and switch, very dirty if you ask me) so we had to test drive our second choice which didn't have a clean car fax and failed emissions.
