Felt very dismissed when I asked about other issues when I came in for service. The advisor I saw wasn't the one I made an appt with. I wont do business with him ever again.
Didn't fix issues with vehicle
Time, 2 hrs for 45 minutes oil change. Also tried to upset cabin filter on 2025 gmc with 5300ish miles, not cool!!!
Awful first experience in the Service department! I went in so dealership could top off diesel DEF tank as agreed upon purchase, not only did it take an hour when complete and upon arrival back at my truck to depart dealership found DEF fluid dried and crusted down the side below fuel tank and all over my running boards. I couldn't believe my brand new truck got that treatment. I'm certain the service people wouldn't have left the owner of quality's truck looking like that.
No comment. Too many customers, but it's good for them.
Had my truck in Quality GMC shop 3 times for front end alinement and it still pulls to the right. 2024 GMC Canyon Denali with 3500 miles. I will take it somewhere else to get it idone.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent service I received at your establishment. Despite the great customer service provided by the service advisor Mike, I encountered significant issues with mechanics during my visit for an oil change and airbag recall. None of the fluids were topped off, but were checked that they were. This was not the first time this has happen. service advisor mario was rude and very curt
Salesman was awesome and on point but the finance manager, some Rodriquez character, made the purchase experience miserable. Due to his error, he wanted me to return the truck to dealer. Poor customer service from finance is an understatement!
