I took my vehicle in because my On-Star wasn't working, was told that my On-Star box was cracked into half and needed to be replaced for approximately $310. I took my vehicle to the place I purchased it from and the only thing that it needed was to have the On-Star reset. OMG.

Brought new truck took service a year to find rattle. Then had hail damage insurance company tried to under pay me finally got them to Quality to do a estimate was told by quality that they had no copy of estimate had to go by what insurance says and you know what truth tellers they are. As a customer I have never felt so insufficient. Became a member of the Dilernzo family and see how low they can make you feel. Putting the fun in dysfunctional

Recently purchased a pre-owned Chevrolet Duramax from Quality Dolorenzo. When driving the truck home from the dealership I found out that the lumbar support was broken. Immediately called Lorie are sale lady to notify her of this issue. She ensured me that we could bring the truck in and they would fix the lumbar support for us free of charge. This was on Friday. The only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is that I normally dismiss one star when I read reviews, so I'm trying to get peoples' attention. :-) Pro: NONE Con: - The first time I ordered, the wrong brake pads came. I called them and when I finally got thru to someone after several days of leaving messages on VM, they said it was because I didn't fill out my VIN on their website. If my order required a VIN besides year, make, and model, then the site shouldn't have accepted my order. So now I have t... read more
