Took 2.5 hrs for an oil change. Told me I needed air filter but the on board computer said it had 80% life
NO SERVICE WAS DONE, Mario - service advisor didn't get the job done and left me cooling my heels in their short-chaired waiting room for TWO HOURS and did nothing to my car. After TWO HOURS I came out and requested my car back and I went home.
Quality buick gmc did not want to fix a leak in my transmission even tho my transmission is still under warranty. And a simple leak was gonna cost me $2700
Took my truck in for the first service. This service was to include topping off the DEF tank when I got my truck back. I noticed they had not added any DEF to it, I brought it to their attention, and they took the truck back then.They returned the truck instead of topping it off.Only added one gallon to the tank.I was somewhat disappointed.
Took a whole week for my vehicle to be serviced. Calls weren't returned from the service department. Had to return my vehicle because the check engine light came back on within 10 days of my vehicle being serviced.
Service failed to tighten the lugnuts on drivers rear tire causing it to come off on the highway. Two weeks later they still have my truck at the shop for repairs. Part shipping could have been expedited.
I scheduled to install a dash cam over two weeks in advance, but on the day of installation the tech or the service writer Michael had no clue how to operate it. This indicates there was no preparation ahead of time and I am not sure it was installed correctly. The tech did not tuck the wires in neatly and when I requested the tech tuck the tin neatly she appeared perturbed. The wait time for an oil change was nearly two hours.
Very poor took care in for noise after 2 weeks sway bars placed still noise another 2 weeks struts needed I was told took in half way thru day told wrong part ordered . Second time that happened .Paid 440. dollars 450. in rental car. Took home car with same problem brought in for.Took to another mechanic told struts are fine!! After 30yers of loyalty to Buick buying5 buicks 3 at Sunshine 2 at Quality. All service with dealership. I expected more .Buying BMW no more Buick.
