Excellent oil and oil filter service for my Audi! Just bring your own European grade oil and oil filter, and they do everything else. Highly recommend them for my 2014 Audi Alroad!

It was hard to get concrete numbers on my deal. They played the ol back and forth on me. Gave me bare minimum on my trade and hit me with a fairly high interest rate, which I will be quickly refinancing. The saving grace for them is that they happened to have exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. Otherwise, this deal would never have happened. They put on the service report that the rear brakes and rotors were replaced. The part they left out is the reason that they were replaced. When I took my truck for scheduled service. THEY FAILED TO TIGHTEN THE LOGNUTS ON THE REAR TIRE!! THE TIRE CAME OFF ON THE HIGHWAY. THEY TRIED TO SAY THAT I BROUGHT IT BACK FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. POOR SERVICE AT BEST!!! This place is a joke, they tell you they will charge you an amount and you fetbthere and they've ranked the price and make every excuse in the world.
I made an appointment for 8:30 on Friday, I arrived at 8 for just an oil change. I just put new tires on the week before so I told them I didn't need a tire rotation. My truck didn't make it into the service bay until 10:30. I left at 11. I asked the attendant what the problem was and again told him I had an appointment. His response was it was a busy morning.
