Bought a Kia Soul used from this company. Two months later we STILL don't have our license plates! Telephone calls go unanswered.., promises to find out what happened go unmet. Have left messages for Paul DiLorenzo, co-owner, no return call. Left messages and have spoken to Tim Jones, salesman. He promises to get back with answers and doesn't. Left message for Luz, the License and Fees clerk, no returned calls. Next step Better Business Bureau! If this is how they do business for a service for which they've already been paid... read more

Going to the dealership is generally the most expensive option, but usually the work is acceptable which is why I chose to go here. I made a mistake. I was treated with extreme disrespect. I was overcharged, the problem wasn't fixed, and I was treated like an idiot. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else.

I took my vehicle in because my On-Star wasn't working, was told that my On-Star box was cracked into half and needed to be replaced for approximately $310. I took my vehicle to the place I purchased it from and the only thing that it needed was to have the On-Star reset. OMG.

Brought new truck took service a year to find rattle. Then had hail damage insurance company tried to under pay me finally got them to Quality to do a estimate was told by quality that they had no copy of estimate had to go by what insurance says and you know what truth tellers they are. As a customer I have never felt so insufficient. Became a member of the Dilernzo family and see how low they can make you feel. Putting the fun in dysfunctional
