We bought a new GMC truck last year and seriously considered buying from Quality, but so glad we didn't. We live in Albuq and time again we are disappointed when trying to get service from Quality. The service department generally has a disrespectful tone and seems like we are a bother. We called earlier today 12/22 about getting an oil change and we're told to come in early this afternoon. Going to the dealership is generally the most expensive option, but usually the work is acceptable which is why I chose to go here. I made a mistake. I was treated with extreme disrespect. I was overcharged, the problem wasn't fixed, and I was treated like an idiot. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else.

I took my vehicle in because my On-Star wasn't working, was told that my On-Star box was cracked into half and needed to be replaced for approximately $310. I took my vehicle to the place I purchased it from and the only thing that it needed was to have the On-Star reset. OMG.
