Going to the dealership is generally the most expensive option, but usually the work is acceptable which is why I chose to go here. I made a mistake. I was treated with extreme disrespect. I was overcharged, the problem wasn't fixed, and I was treated like an idiot. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else.

I took my vehicle in because my On-Star wasn't working, was told that my On-Star box was cracked into half and needed to be replaced for approximately $310. I took my vehicle to the place I purchased it from and the only thing that it needed was to have the On-Star reset. OMG.

Brought new truck took service a year to find rattle. Then had hail damage insurance company tried to under pay me finally got them to Quality to do a estimate was told by quality that they had no copy of estimate had to go by what insurance says and you know what truth tellers they are. As a customer I have never felt so insufficient. Became a member of the Dilernzo family and see how low they can make you feel. Putting the fun in dysfunctional
